Vlora is a business tax and immigration lawyer with extensive experience advising both Norwegian and international companies, as well as their employees, on tax and immigration obligations related to cross-border activities.

She has deep expertise in Norwegian and international tax law, immigration law, and social security regulations affecting individuals working across national borders. Vlora also has significant experience assisting foreign employers with reporting obligations in Norway and has represented both company branches and individuals during audits by the Norwegian Tax Administration and the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet).

She joined Magnus Legal in 2020 after several years at Ernst & Young Law Firm AS and as an in-house lawyer at Wilhelmsen Ship Management (Norway) AS.
