JARAND HANTO AARHUS

Jarand specializes in international tax law, assisting Norwegian and foreign individuals and companies with cross-border issues. He also works with general business law, particularly in corporate and contract law matters.

He graduated from the University of Bergen in 2023 and furthered his studies in international taxation at KU Leuven in Belgium. For his master's thesis, he explored the topic of preemptive rights to shares in limited companies.
